Mmmm… Tasty. A lot of places call them cebollas asadas or cebollas toreadas but I am pretty sure at my favorite place they are dunked in the deep fryer first and then maybe see the grill for a bit. Chile gueros or toreados is the equivalent with a chile. “Fighter” or “bullfighter” supposedly because of the scars.
