This was a good fulfilling meal. I chose mashed potatoes instead of fries so I can have the leftovers for work. I really liked the Dijon sauce with honey mixed in. But I think next time I’ll try cooking the pork chops in the air fryer and save myself some clean up time.

    Yup, we always get this one when it’s offered, and always air fry it. Quarter inch of oil?? Ain’t nobody got time for that.

    “Heat a ¼-inch-layer of oil” is the most nope of all recipe instructions.

    We avoid most of the quasi-deep fried dishes just because of the mess. The only one that gets a pass occasionally is the cauliflower tempura that shows up sometimes.

    We bought a screen that goes over the pan and catches most of the oil.

    Is it still messy? Yes.

    Is it less messy? Also, yes.
