Hi everyone, this is my first post here.
Yesterday I found a post about Shakshuka and it looks delicious, so I tried it this morning, I followed the instructions from this YouTube video just with1 tbsp of oil
I didn't have cilantro nor feta cheese so I added spinach and cottage and parmesan, it was enormous and delicious.

I discovered this sub just last month January 2025, I'd like to thank you for all the recipes, advices, tips, etc. I've been trying to maintain a healthy weight since I remember, I've been in a lot of restrictive diets, but God I love food, I love eating, I need large portions, so always had been very difficult, but this time it is different, with you help I feel I finally found a way of eating delicious and as much as I want while keeping calories in control. Thank you so much!
