  1. Might I suggest 2 things to make your life easier. The best garlic mincer is a rocker garlic press. So much easier to clean than the standard one. The other, I use an emulsion blender to blend soup. You can blend as little or as much as you like right in the pot and you don’t have to worry about dealing with hot soup. I’m going to try this soup. Looks really yummy!
