Sponge Cake: – 4 eggs (size L) – 40 g milk – 40 g butter – 200 g sugar + 1 packet vanilla sugar – 180 g flour – 1 tsp baking powder – 65 g ground walnuts – Pinch of salt
🔥Baking: Bake at 170°C (338°F) for 30–35 minutes, top and bottom heat.
🎂 Cream Filling: – 400 ml milk – 60 g flour – 200 g soft butter – 200 g powdered sugar – 160 g ground walnuts – Rum flavoring (to taste)
💥 Decoration: Coat with ground or coarsely chopped toasted walnuts, whipped cream, and whole walnut halves for decoration.
