Ryland for my rye/whole wheat starter. And names for my ap/bread flours I usually stick to naming them after the month they’re supposed to thrive in so right now I have April and the next one will most likely be June but I know people who have used some weird names 🤣

I got my starter going with my toddler a few months ago, and I let him name it. He landed on “Ciccio” (the name of one of the kids in the movie Luca).
Now, he’s always asking for “Ciccio bread” and when we’re making bread, he’ll kiss the container before bulk fermentation and tell the dough to get big.
