We had two last night. Wife and I never had them before. After dinner she told me to get the credit card and go back.

We'll vacuum seal most of them, but we're having another two tonight.

    I’d never heard of Akaushi before seeing this, so I googled it. Looks like a nice halfway between angus and Wagyu. More edible in large quantities than Wagyu, but more fatty and flavorful than angus. Wtf is up with Japan and all their different mega fat boi cows? Lmao. And why can’t we get something like that bred in America? Is it animal rights groups standing in the way, or are there natural reasons?

    Kroger is a cheat code for finding discounted meats. My local store frequently has steaks and ground beef for that reduced price.
