It looks like it has grown just a smidge.
There’s a small build up of green moss/algae on the left side of the head. Also seeing some leaf damage on one leaf. I feel it’s from sun damage but could be wrong.
Accidentally left it and my plants out overnight in 40° temps but they all survived. 🙏

Doesn’t having the roots eventually exposed to direct sunlight hurt the plant?
Might never fruit in such a small space. Even if it does, it won’t fruit for a least a year, until the plant realises it is forever rootbound. Cool experiment, otherwise!!
As this grows larger, you may run into a problem with the roots not getting enough oxygen and things in there turning anaerobic, at which point the roots will rot. This might be okay if you are somehow able to pump ait down into the base with like a fish pump, though this might defeat the purpose of all this, which is just to look cool, idk.
