It doesn't even fill the already-tiny snack sized bag 😭 I don't even think this is worth it to pack with me as my snack…

Pack some carrots as well or an apple it’ll push the cals us a bit to max 200 but you’ll stay fuller for longer rather than just the chips

Try checking out /r/volumeeating and /r/lowcalfoodfinds for making your portions look a little less tragic

  3. God I’d be so hungry after that. For some reason eating a very small amount of something sends me into a spiral more than not eating at all

By the way the Quest Nutrition chips are also 140 Cals per bag and I think they provide more than what you have there

It’s best to leave junk food behind, while dieting. Potato chips are definitely junk food. There are similar calorie more healthful snacks that are more filling, and often equally or more satisfying.

  5. My most successful weight loss has been when I included single servings of chips and cookies with my lunches to make them more fun.

Instead of chips, I get those ranch veggie straws. For ~130 calories you can have like 35 of them or so. Seems less sad than this. Strawberry season is just around the corner and you can eat quite a few and still be under 100 calories.

you can air-fry (or probably bake) low-carb or corn tortillas in the shape of chips, add seasonings, and make your own chips 🙂
