


Marinated in Bachan's barbecue sauce/hoisin/soy sauce/ pineapple juice/garlic/red chili pepper flakes for 4-6 hours. Traeger at 450°, basted with more Bachan's every 5 min, flipping it each time, until internal temp of 145°. Sliced & made a bowl with jasmine rice, glazed carrots, pickled onions, & avocado… Sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds at the end. Really good!! Even the kids ate it up!
