    This is great πŸ‘ and looks fun.
    In Italy you’d need a slicer in order to provide fresh cuts, people prefers their Parma ham and similar to be cut at the moment. That would provide some entertainment too but if course you’ll need a person that maneuvers it

    I LOVE this idea! Plus you’ve widened your market significantly by having the cheese, meats, other stuff etc separated. Now everyone can enjoy it.

    If I was going to really upsell it, I’d put together a beautiful mini board with little wooden signs or flags on toothpicks to tell people what’s available. Then you’ve got a great promo photo, you’re informing your customer base and you can make them aware that the food is separate. I would devour this entire spread!!!
