Kung Pao Chicken (Balkan version) – Is it over 1400?
A fist of plain rice (not sure how many g)
Chicken (maybe around 200g) + vegetables in soya sauce and oil.

1400?!?! If that is more than 1400 I’d be morbidly obese by now.
Let’s be generous and say the rice is 2 cups of cooked rice, so that’s 400. But I feel it’s more like 350.
That chicken looks relatively lean. 200g will be about 300.
Vegetables? Like 30.
Soy sauce? Maybe 10.
Restaurants typically add about 200 calories worth of oil to stir fry come chicken but a fair bit gets burnt up or left in the wok. Let’s just assume the chicken absorbs about 100 calories of oil.
