This was my first time trying this recipe, and while it was very tasty, I will defiently add more sausage next time.

1 pack polish sausage (I recommend using 2 tho)
3-4 potatoes peeled and diced (I used russet)
1 onion diced
1 can cheddar cheese soup
I can heavy cream (I filled the soup can)
2 heaping scoops of sour cream
Season to liking, I used garlic and onion powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.

I did brown my polish sausage first, but the recipe didn't call for it.

Cook on high 4 hours or until potatoes are tender.

    Those sausages keep getting smaller. It’s so annoying at this point because it feels like buying two is too many but buying one is not enough. Stop shrinking our food, it’s screwing up all our recipes.
