This was my first stab at it, I saw a recipe that seemed good, but I’ll definitely tweak it a bit. To me, the gochujang was a bit muted by too much stock/sweeteners. I would add some diced chilis next time as well.

  1. Sometime instead of gochujang I will use the sauce packet that comes from spicy Korean noodles. I usually eat two packages and only use one of the sauces so I have spares. It is also great for marinating pork and beef slices
