Rosemary Butter New York Steak, Creamy Garlic Penne & Roasted Brussels Sprouts

🥩 Rosemary Butter Steak with Caramelized Onions
Ingredients:

2–3 New York strip steaks

1 tbsp McCormick steak seasoning

2 tbsp butter (for searing)

2 sprigs rosemary (or 1 tsp dried)

3 cloves garlic, smashed

1 large onion, thinly sliced

1 tsp sugar (optional, for deeper caramelization)

Olive oil

Instructions:

Caramelize the onions: In a pan, cook onions in 1 tbsp butter + 1 tbsp oil on medium-low for 20–25 mins. Add sugar if desired.

Season the steak with McCormick seasoning on both sides.

Sear steak in the same pan over medium-high heat. Add butter, rosemary, and garlic. Baste until cooked to your liking.

Let rest. Top with caramelized onions before serving.

🍝 Creamy Garlic Penne with Green Bell Pepper
Ingredients:

2 cups penne pasta

1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

2 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup heavy cream (or milk + cream cheese)

⅓ cup parmesan cheese

Salt, black pepper

½ tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions:

Cook penne in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water.

Sauté garlic and bell pepper in butter. Add cream and seasoning.

Stir in parmesan until smooth. Add pasta and toss. Use pasta water to loosen if needed.

🥦 Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Lemon Zest
Ingredients:

1½–2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved

1½ tbsp olive oil

Salt, pepper, garlic powder

Zest of 1 lemon

Optional: balsamic glaze or honey

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss sprouts with oil and seasonings.

Roast cut-side down for 20–25 mins until golden.

Finish with lemon zest or drizzle with balsamic glaze.

🍷 Quick Rosemary Garlic Pan Sauce (Optional but Elevated!)
Ingredients:

Steak drippings

1 tsp balsamic vinegar

¼ cup stock or water

1 tbsp cold butter

Rosemary + garlic from steak pan

Instructions:

Deglaze pan with vinegar and stock. Simmer briefly.

Remove from heat and whisk in cold butter to finish.

Drizzle over steak when plating.
