A litte more done then I'd prefer but I'm still learning. Only the 5th or 6th steak I've pan seared and butter based.

    So what do you have to do at home to get thin banding? I feel like I always have to sear each side like 4 minutes.

    That’s how I roll. It takes 5-6 extra small steps to make this happen but man is it worth it! Glad to see you’re also eating your vegetables.
