  1. My first introduction to jackfruit at hmong village was "wow, this is amazing, definitely my new favorite fruit, the flavor and texture is great!" and then my mouth and throat started to itch like crazy, turns out im allergic T-T

  2. I wouldnt give him any bullsh about using jackfruit. Tofu and soy gets boring no matter how you marinate and "reform" it.

    The fruit has necessary vitamins as well as a new texture and taste for the body to enjoy!

  3. Ive never seen canned jackfruit, working with the fresh stuff stresses me out and put me off from using it in recipies. Soooo cool to see
