This homemade gluten-free granola is naturally sweetened with honey, super easy to prep, and stays fresh for up to a month. It's the ultimate gluten-free breakfast staple or wholesome snack!

🌾 Ingredients:

2 cups rolled oats
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
¼ cup flax seeds
¼ cup hemp hearts
½ cup shredded coconut
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
½ cup vegetable oil
½ cup honey

🥄 How to Make It:

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add oil and honey, then stir to coat.
Spread mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Stir, then bake 10 more minutes.
Transfer to a clean tray to cool. Add dried fruit if desired.
