  2. 1 recommendation i have is to heat up the tortillas on a pan. you can also heat them up at low heat for like 10ish minutes, and make them tostadas

    chicken breast shredded & cottage cheese w franks red hot and the xtreme wellness wraps 336cals & 47g of protein!!

    A piece of kimchi each (for that gut health): 15 cals
    Croutons (for a good crunch): 50 cals
    Mixed herb seasoning + hot sauce!
