    It’s not hard to shape dough into a circle. And just tossing full strips of things on a pizza doesn’t make it artisan. It’s just lazy quick mini pizzas trying to be passed off as authentic. Absolutely terrible.

  3. I mean if you struggle to roll your ball out into a circle, you can use an upturned mixing bowl and spread the ball out evenly across it. I still do this because I never got the knack of pressing it out.

    No concept of bite sized toppings huh? Bet that’s fun to bite into and pull a huge chunk of something off. Been to a place that does that, puts actual strips of bacon on their pizza. Ridiculous.
