    A bit more color on the scallops and I’d play with the garnish / nuts for more color.

    Maybe chive oil dots? Maybe crush up the nuts and switch to hazel? Maybe thyme leaves instead of parsley or cut the parsley smaller so you can get more sprinkle? Maybe add some Korean chili flakes as well? I think it could use a bit more contrast.
