This pizza is a “replica” of a creation by a very famous pizza chef in Italy: the Pizza Fiocco.
On the base, you’ll find milk cream, Parmigiano, cooked ham, and finally, mashed potato.

I sometimes make it but with a fior di latte only base, as I don’t like Panna on pizza
