it was good but there was one large hunk of meat that wasnt really shredded and wasn't tender at all. federoff's is much better imo.

  1. Where’s the cheese. How long was it steaming in the box?

That shit sucks. They overcooked it, the roll was tough and it cost $20.

Luckily I didn’t wait in line

  3. Federoffs is so hard to beat. But I do dig the Cheese steaks at Olde City. And the fact that you can sub in chicken is also dope at Olde (juiciest chicken over there). I’m very apprehensive about going to Coops cheese steak though.

It just doesn’t look good to me. I know people say otherwise but I need more cheese.

This was my exact issue. The meat was tough and not chopped like a cheesesteak. Also, majorly lacking in cheese compared to cheesteaks in the Philly area. Oh, and the hot peppers are way too hot.

    this looks very sad.

had some del rossi cheesesteaks and the leftover one looked better reheated the next day.

stop eating cheesesteaks in nyc. just go to philly.

I loved it and thought it was especially good with the spicy peppers. I don’t get into cheese steak politics but it was the best cheesesteak I have ever eaten, especially because it had so many sesame seeds.

  8. kinda regretted skipping this yesterday for pecking house…but im leaving this thread regretting a solo trip to allswell a few months back, when i could have gone to federoffs

  9. Damn I was there at opening today lol. I wish I had gotten 2 instead of 1.

Lowkey prefer my bodega over this. At least I can customize it with toppings instead of this pile of meat. Danny’s quality is higher but feels one dimensional
