Thats mostly claw meat. Depends on what you like. I go claw meat over tail meat any day and this price holds up to that. Most people want tail meat which cost $30-$35 comparably. Good deal!

I paid $30 for one just yesterday in Ohio, and it was delicious, so I didn’t care about the price. $25 sounds reasonable to me, because it looks similar from having that visual of the claw meat.
