    Did it have the skin on still? I just bought a pork belly to make burnt ends and realized when I got home that it still has the skin on it.

    Pork belly burnt ends makes for an awesome sammich. They also work in a wrap. I’ll use some hot slaw (coleslaw made with some mustard and jalapeños) and some sweet and spicy sauce.
