Bruschetta, dill potato salad, Alfredo and arugula salad

    Bruschetta

    I diced Roma tomato and added it to a bowl. I then added Parmesan cheese, basil, garlic. I then added some extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt. I let it marinate for a few hours for the flavours to develop. I cut up a baguette and lightly toasted with olive oil in the oven. Assembled it and added a drizzle of balsamic glaze and some Parmesan on top

    Potato salad

    I used Ina Garten’s dill potato salad recipe!! It tastes amazing and is always a hit at bbqs and potlucks! Don’t skip out on using both the yellow mustard and the old grain mustard.. it adds a very nice flavour. Also I’ve only used fresh dill in the recipe

    Alfredo

    Made the sauce with butter, cream, garlic, and Parmigiano Reggiano

    Salad

    I tossed arugula with lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper and some Parmesan cheese
