    A good friend of mine smoked some eggs, potatoes, and onions, then made some potato salad. It was good but a little too smoky for me.

  4. My local butcher shop actually sells them pre smoked and peeled. They are pretty good.

    I have heard that if if you de-shell hard-boiled eggs and smoke them for about 15 minutes, they take amazing amounts of flavor.
