    I made it without a recipe really but here’s everything I used:

    • 1 28oz can Contandina Whole Peeled Roma Tomatoes

    • 1 28oz can San Marzano Whole Peeled Tomatoes

    • 1 can Hunt’s Fire Roasted Tomatoes

    • 1 can Hunt’s no sodium Tomato Paste

    • 1 full size can of Low Sodium V8

    • 1/4 cup puréed roasted carrots

    • 7 Garlic cloves

    • 1/4 small red onion

    • 7 Scoops of tasteless protein powder

    • Unknown amount of Sunflower Oil

    • Unknown amount of lightly dried Italian Herbs

    • Unknown amount of Red Pepper Flakes

    • Unknown amount of Smoked Paprika

    • Unknown amount of Soy Sauce

    • Some amount less than 1tbsp of sugar

    (All unknown amounts are also very low amounts).
