How to make Armenian Easter Bread (Choreg) 💛🐣

To activate the yeast for 3 packets (Fleischmanns Original ActiveDry yeast) use 3/4 warm water with 3 tsp of sugar.
*remember this is for all 3 packets*

Ingredients:
3 packs of yeast
3 1/2 cups of warm WHOLE milk
8 small sticks of unsalted butter (challenge butter is good)
5 lb of all purpose flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of nigella seeds
1 teaspoon of black caraway
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon of ground anise
1 small container of Mahlab
12 eggs
6 cups of sugar

For egg wash (this is after your shape your Choreg so you put the sesame seeds + nigella seeds for topping):
1 egg and 1 egg yolk
