Then use the oil on your hand knead in few more time and allow the dough to rest in a warm area covered with a warm towel for 1 hour. Once it raises Cut the doll into ball shape.. cover them with a damp warm cloth, for 15 minutes to rise. Use a griller pan or your regular pan on the stove top medium heat add a little bit of oil on top and go ahead and flatten out the dough by stretching it or rolling it out with a rolling pin, Once you flatten it go ahead and place it on top of the hot pan and let it sit for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown on one side. Go ahead and flip it over and let it sit for another 1 to 2 minutes then flip. You can eat it immediately or brush on the garlic oil mixture.
