Meal prepping has become the ultimate self care. It’s so nice being able to grab something and go and know that it’s healthy. Spicy tuna rice lunches, sticky honey chicken rice bowl and breakfast sandwiches!

    How do you prepare them to eat? Do you eat the rice cold, warm it all up, or separate out the cold parts to heat up the hot parts?

  5. Looks great! But how do you heat up the meals? I hate cold meat and cold rice, so I wonder how you heat them up with the green salad next to them?
