How to Make Pudina (Mint) Chutney | Easy & Refreshing Indian Dip

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh mint leaves (pudina)

½ cup fresh coriander leaves

1-2 green chilies (adjust to taste)

1 small piece of ginger

1 tbsp lemon juice

Salt to taste

2-3 tbsp water (as needed)

Optional: 1 tsp roasted cumin powder, 1 tbsp yogurt for creaminess

Instructions:

1. Wash mint and coriander leaves thoroughly.

2. Add all ingredients to a blender or grinder.

3. Blend until smooth, adding water gradually to reach your desired consistency.
