How to make two types of breads from one dough. A simple and easy recipe. Pide bread is eaten with different types of kebabs, meats, and curries. It is a flat bread glazed with egg and garnished with sesame seeds and nigella seeds. The same dough is used to make simit
that is usually eaten for breakfast. The doughnut look alike bread is dipped in a syrup then garnished with sesame seeds and nigella seeds. Though it’s one dough but they both have different flavours because of egg wash on pide and molasses or syrup wash on simit. They look absolutely different from each other. Enjoy simit with any cheese spread.
