Ippudo just opened in downtown Culver city and it was awesome. It’s my favorite ramen now (beating out Kotoya). Still hurts to pay that much for a bowl though.

I know it’s just… LA prices, but ugh, paying this much for a bowl of ramen kills me inside a little. It’s supposed to be a cheap food. Last year, my family and I were in Tokyo and ate at Ippudo in Ikebukuro. Three bowls of ramen, extra eggs, fried rice and gyoza worked out to be about $26 USD. I wanted to cry.

I love ippudo.
I feel like it gets less love than other places in LA
