How is this supposed to fill two quesadilla?!! Lime for comparison. I can’t help but laugh bc this is pathetic. Especially for what is a vegetarian meal without the add ons. Glad I added on ground beef, or this would have been a total waste!

luckily i instacarted some veggies, including a sweet potato nearly the size of a melon, and had plenty leftover to amplify my similar-to-yours sized sweet potato. might just have to continue this based on recent HF trends
