F&B concept incubator and advisory firm Lemon Butter will expand its footprint in Europe.
With roots firmly planted in the UAE, Lemon Butter has made its mark in Dubai’s culinary scene with The Crossing and Streetery.
Having made its European debut with the opening of The Crossing at Galeries Lafayette in Paris in 2023, Lemon Butter is poised to build upon its presence in the country with new openings.
One is Seeklo, an Indian bar grill, which will open in the Oberkampf neighbourhood of Paris.
Ankur Chakraborty, co-founder of Lemon Butter, said, “Seeklo is designed to be a culinary hotspot that combines the relaxed charm of Indian street markets with the dynamic pulse of Paris nightlife.”
The Crossing will open by the end of 2024 at CAP3000 in Nice.
Plans are already underway to open a second Seeklo in Paris, along with more branches of The Crossings across Europe.
Chakraborty added: “Establishing a stronger presence in Europe is a pivotal move for Lemon Butter. The launch of The Crossing and the opening of Seeklo in Paris are key milestones in our strategy to increase our footprint across the continent. These new ventures demonstrate our commitment to delivering sophisticated and culturally diverse dining experiences, and they showcase our continued innovation in the global culinary scene.”
