I tried a new combo tonight: ketchup, honey mustard, and caramelized yellow onion on lightly buttered and broiled brioche buns. Usually, I prefer raw white onion and stone-ground mustard, but I gave this a shot since my girlfriend likes ketchup. The sweetness of the onion, brioche, and condiments worked well together.
