    She’s right mate. Ziplocks trap moisture and will sog up the crust. And that paper bag definitely looks way better! You spent hours making that – don’t go minimum effort at the final hurdle.

    Hey, I got the same style of bags from amazon. It’s been swell. My only complaint is that it is quite thin and I am always afraid of it tearing when putting in a loaf.
