So lately I’ve been going on a lil global adventure… but through pasta. I call it my Pasta Passport where I pick a country and whip up one of their signature noodle dishes, all from the comfort of my tiny kitchen (and in my PJs, of course).

Also curious if do any of you do cozy little “food travel” nights like this? What’s on your noodle tour?
