I’m so glad you’re still somewhere in the business. There was a whole cohort of us who started in Seattle around 2014 (my company was Balleywood Creamery; my flavors were far more “esoteric” as described by a customer), and most of us wouldn’t and/or couldn’t sustain our businesses.
