    What was the internal temp? It’s tough to tell by the external visual. You can with experience, with a timer or by touch with experience.

    It’s med/med well. Heavy grey band. It was cooked too hot for a bit too long.

    Humbly speaking thank you guys. I typically don’t grill steaks but looking forward to doing so more often. i appreciate the feedback it’s crazy how thousands actually seen this lol. Thank you guys

    Also thought i’d like to share with you guys the left overs. looks like a lot but decided i’ll have some for work. The more i cut into it kept getting pinker and pinker. not sure if it changes the fact that it’s medium but doesn’t matter when it tasted the way it did haha.

    That’s on the well side of medium, not quite medium well, but close.
