    What You’ll Need:
    🍚 1 cup short grain rice
    🌿 Grape leaves (jarred or fresh)
    🧅 1 onion (chopped)
    🧄 3 garlic cloves (grated)
    🌿 1 bunch fresh parsley (chopped)
    🍋 ½ lemon (juice)
    🫒 1 tbsp olive oil
    ❤️ 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses
    🌶️ 3 tbsp red pepper paste
    🧂 Paprika, pul biber, salt & pepper

    How To Make It:
    1️⃣ Cook the rice and drain it.
    2️⃣ Add in chopped onion, garlic & parsley.
    3️⃣ Mix in all your seasonings, lemon juice, olive oil, pomegranate molasses & red pepper paste.
    4️⃣ Soak store-bought grape leaves in hot water to soften & separate.
    5️⃣ Place a bit of filling in each leaf & roll them tightly.
    6️⃣ Arrange rolls in a pot.
    7️⃣ Mix tomato paste, red pepper paste, olive oil & water to make a sauce. Pour over rolls.
    8️⃣ Simmer on low heat for ~45 mins until liquid is absorbed.

    Pro Tip: These pair beautifully with a side of creamy yogurt or a squeeze of lemon.
