I bought this from Costco around a month ago and haven’t opened until now. It feels weird and is it safe to eat? And what is it?

Looks like freezer burn. Safe to eat, I believe, just might not be pleasant… I’ve eaten far older far more freezer burned chicken breast from Costco. Just a month, I think you’re fine. Might not even notice
Could also try shaving/cutting it off

I’m not sure if that’s freezer burn it’s not like a y I’ve ever seen..also if you don’t know what you bought I’d suggest not eating it at all but looks like some type of chicken breast or thigh
