Place the pan in the air fryer basket or air fryer tray. Set cook time for 3-5 minutes, then check to see if the clams have opened. If needed, cook for an additional 2 minutes until all clams are opened.
Remove from the air fryer. Discard any unopened clams, then spoon the garlic butter sauce over the top. Plate, serve, and enjoy with crusty bread or over pasta!

Recipe Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Tuscan seasoning (or Italian seasoning)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Potatoes:
4 medium potatoes, diced (Russet or Yukon Gold)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Veggies:
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 zucchini, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:
Season the Chicken:
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, Tuscan seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Rub the mixture over the chicken thighs or breasts, ensuring they are well coated.
Prepare the Potatoes:
In a large bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Preheat and Cook:
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes.
Add the seasoned potatoes to the basket with the chicken. Cook for an additional 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the potatoes are crispy and tender.
Prepare the Veggies:
While the chicken and potatoes are cooking, toss the sliced bell pepper, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes with olive oil, dried basil, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
In the last 5 minutes of cooking, add the veggies to the air fryer basket with the chicken and potatoes. Shake the basket gently to combine and cook until the veggies are tender and slightly charred.
Serve:
Remove the chicken, potatoes, and veggies from the air fryer.
Serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
