Fries instead of pasta meatball marinara


Had left over meatballs and fries from red robin. Threw some marinara and cheese on it and air fried it.

    This is a bit of a spin on a pretty common dutch invention; kapsalon.

    Fries with veggies, cheese, sauce and meat in a foil container. It’s amazing and one of the best things my country has ever done/made.

    Rest in peace, Tati, your genius has changed my culinary world.
