I started these at the same time. In fact, the ones in the peet pellets were the weaker extras from the Burpee tray. Both have the same light and diluted fertilizer, but the peet ones look amazing in comparison. Which is funny and frustrating because I bought the trays to try and move away from peet pellets. I never had a problem with them, but they have a bad wrap around forums so I thought I would upgrade. The first round of Butpee trays all came broken, so maybe that was forewarning of bad design. Turns out this maybe a case of "if it ain't broke don't fix it".

Feed the ones one’s on the left w a heavier dilution than the ones on the right and see what happens
The ones on the right have better aeration, the left look a tad damp. First thought, plant health issues due to soggy bottoms.
I’m using those burpee trays as well and you should be potting them up sooner. The trays are mostly good for getting seeds sprouted and growing the first set of leaves, after that they should go into the next size pot (solo cups for me)
