And yes this is basically raita but I love making this for lots of dishes and very easy to change up!
Ingredients:
• 1 cup plain yogurt (or Greek yogurt for thicker texture)
• ½ cup cucumber, grated
• 1 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped
• ¼ tsp cumin powder
• ¼ tsp coriander powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp olive oil
• 1–2 tsp lemon juice (to taste)
Basically just mix this all together and enjoy!
