This time I boiled them with soda ash instead of baking soda. The results were even better!

    I’ve baked breads, cakes, cookies.. pretty much any recipe I thought might be fun.

    Pretzels are the *least* fun to make but the absolute best IMO. I’d make them all the time if it wasn’t such a hassle.
