    Might just be the camera, but those onions look a bit thick. A $30 culinary mandolin off of amazon is the key. When sliced, you should be able to hold the whole onion slice up to a book and read the words through it. Bet it still tastes great, but once you’ve had the paper thin onions, you’ll never look back.
