Basanti Pulau

Also known as Mishti or Holud Pulau, the sweet and aromatic Bengali rice dish is made with Gobindobhog rice, ghee, saffron and a medley of spices. Prepared at festivals, it pairs wonderfully with spicy curries like Kosha Mangsho, or even simple Begun Bhaja.
